"NOTHING IS CONTAINING US EXCEPT OUR THOUGHTS
NOTHING LIMITS US EXCEPT OUR FEARS
NOTHING CONTROLS US EXCEPT OUR BELIEFS "

There is no inevitability, better or worse life, it is only the way we approach it that will make it a unique and precious gift or an eternal hell. We are the constant transformation of what we absorb not only through the mouth, but the eyes, ears, touch and smell. All this is stored in the body, the heart and especially the mind. We become the result of what we assimilate but also of what we are unable to eliminate. Our being, in a state of crisis, will free our waste imposed by physical and psychological "malnutrition" by producing disease. However, we should not fear it but consider it at our service to point out a disorder to us. It is therefore essential to find a harmonious and global relationship with our body and to have a conscious attitude towards the world around us to maintain good health and activate the self-healing system *.

STRESS & ADDICTION
In the Age of Stress, the neurons of the nervous system have to cope with more stimuli than before because we have too much fast information, communication and especially immediate pleasures. Living in a state of chronic stress leads us to self-destructive habits and toxic emotional attitudes, affects our sleep, our attention, our nutritional choices, our communication, our relationships and no longer allows us to appreciate the full quality of true life. In a society vitiated by cults of appearance and overconsumption, greedy for material goods, scientist and technology, we become satiated with knowledge, a knowledge which crushes the knowledge of oneself. Manipulated and stressed from early childhood by education and school domestication, we are subject to the grip of a submerged mind. This starting to operate in automatic mode, projects us into a schematic of denatured habits. To escape, we are going to look for "escapes" (physical and intellectual stimuli) constantly, and all of this will generate a state of unconscious stress. In the short term, the stress of this meaningless lifestyle wears us out, but in the long term, when it becomes chronic, it triggers physical and mental illness.

Addictions also hide a great difficulty in managing the ups and downs of life and our emotions. Fear, lack of confidence and insecurity cause an escape into convulsive activities or unnecessary consumption to forget reality and avoid the confrontation with the resulting emotion. On the other hand, too regular stimulation of the senses leads to an excessive secretion of dopamine (immediate feeling of joy), endomorphin (feeling of lightness and well-being), adrenaline (super form and power). In the medium term, this will create an effect of "normality" which will push us to seek these effects more and more. But in the long term it will create a habit that sinks us into a state of addiction and physiological dependence.

How to get out of it? By restoring the systems that have been compromised and by strengthening with specific hygiene, the mind, the nervous and glandular system we can completely regain the freedom to be and to function. Addiction is the loss of control of the mind which evades subconscious memories often linked to repressed injuries or cognitive habits linked to childhood in particular. Regular practice of specific techniques and a harmonious lifestyle will bring us the experience of being a human integrated to their full potential rather than a person depressed or fragmented in their physical body.

"LIVING IN CONSCIOUSNESS IN ITS WAY
TO BREATHE, EAT, MOVE, TALK, LOVE,
THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO LIVE HAPPY,
IN HARMONY AND MAINTAIN HEALTH. "
